Our three step process:
Step 1 – Pre-treatment. This is a necessary step in cleaning your tile and grout. Powerful non-toxic based detergent solution is sprayed on. This loosens accumulated soil, grease, contaminants and other stains residues.

Step 2 - Hot water extraction. We use a turbo high-pressure machine which removes the dirt and grime from your floor with an extremely hot solution. The system generates water pressure with temperature of approximately 220ºC to soften and extract years of soil and contaminants. All water, cleaning solutions and contaminants are captured and extracted away in one process. System is completely fluid controlled with no over wetting of any other surfaces or areas.

Step 3 - Inspection. We inspect surface for any staining. Spot clean any stains found.
