You can also choose to have the surface sealed if your tile and grout is porous and easily stained. Please note, not all type of tiles are suitable for sealing. We combine our turbo high-pressure machine and the special non-toxic formulated cleaning solution to extract dirt and grime from your tiles and grout without damaging the surface. This extraction system is completely fluit controlled without over wetting any other surfaces or areas.	After the cleaning process, you have the option to have your tiles and grout surface sealed to prevent dirt and stains from settling in the pores. Our premium sealant will last for approximately 3-5 years while keeping the original colour, texture and appearance of the tiles surface. Please note, not all tiles are suitable for sealing.
